Long-term Manchester United target Nicolas Gaitan could finally be on his way to Old Trafford, claim reports in Portugal.
The Benfica attacking midfielder is currently preparing for his final game for the club against arch rivals Sporting Lisbon in the Portuguese Super Cup on Sunday.
According to sports daily newspaper Record, Gaitan will then leave Portugal to finalise a move to the Red Devils, although Valencia are also eager to land the 27-year-old.
But United will have first refusal on the Argentina international, who has made 124 appearances in five seasons at Benfica, scoring 25 goals.
